Partnerships

News Harbor considers collaborations that suit its focus on harbors and help readers understand a subject without blurring editorial and commercial material. Partnership proposals can be sent through the Contact page.

Possible collaborations

We consider clearly defined educational projects, relevant sponsorships, and partner placements that relate to harbor places, maritime work, vessels, navigation, or waterfront subjects. Proposals should explain the intended audience, material, duration, and any requested placement. We do not promise acceptance or editorial coverage.

Clear labels

Paid placements, sponsored material, and work produced with a partner are labelled plainly. Readers should be able to distinguish those materials from independent editorial articles. Partner placements may appear across the site, but their labels remain visible wherever they are shown.

Editorial boundaries

Partners cannot require an independent article to express a particular conclusion or suppress a correction. We may decline proposals that are unrelated to the publication, make unsupported claims, or would leave readers uncertain about who is speaking. Use the Contact page to describe the proposal and its terms.
